🌟 Key Advice

Implement the HR Scorecard in your company

How to Do It:

1. Know Your Mission

Just like knowing the objective of a game, you need to understand what your company wants to achieve. What are the big goals?

2. Figure Out HR's Role

Think about how the HR team can help the company win. What can they do to make sure the company reaches its goals? This could be hiring the best people, making sure employees are learning new skills, or making the workplace a happy place.

3. Choose Your Power-Ups

Decide what things you need to keep an eye on to make sure HR is helping the company succeed. They could be how fast you hire people, how many employees stay with the company, or how satisfied employees are.

4. Set Your Scores

For each power-up, decide what a good score looks like. Is it hiring 10 great people in a year? Is it 90% of employees feeling happy at work? Set clear targets.

5. Keep Score

Regularly check how you're doing against the targets you set. Are you hiring as fast as you hoped? Are employees learning and growing?

6. Level Up

Look at your scores and figure out what's working and what's not. Maybe you need to focus more on training or find better ways to keep employees happy.

7. Share Your Progress

Share how HR is doing with everyone in the company. This helps everyone know how they're contributing to the company's goals and how they can help even more.
